CelesLog

CelesLog improves traceability in the ground segment by keeping track of all events and activities. It bridges the gaps between different sources of events, such as manually reported events or messages produced by ground segment systems. CelesLog significantly reduces the time to determine the source and the context of incidents and anomalies.

CelesLog deployment example

Celeslog scales from small, ad-hoc installations to large, multi-site deployments thanks to its robust archive that eliminates data ingestion bottlenecks, allows the storage of millions of daily events and enables painless growth.

Features

Multiple logbooks

Users can create an unlimited number of logbooks, e.g. for each spacecraft, system or project phase.

CelesLog Logbooks

Custom event types

Events are classified by user-defined event types. For each event type, users can define custom properties (text fields, multiple-choice fields, radio buttons, etc.) and templates.

CelesLog helps formalise processes by allowing users to define a custom life-cycle for each event type, e.g. a signature chain that improves traceability.

CelesLog Custom Fields

CelesLog allows operators to find past events thanks to its powerful full-text search capabilities across the entire archive that make search quick and easy. Events can also be filtered by event type or custom attributes.

CelesLog’s AI capabilities can assist users in locating similar events, by analysing the archive using natural language processing algorithms and identifying similar but differently worded entries, making sure that no relevant entry goes unnoticed.

Actions

Users can open an action as the result of an event and assign it to a specific person.

Analysis

CelesLog can generate management reports (number of occurrences of an event type in a given time frame, mean time between two occurrences, etc.). Additionally, it can perform sequential pattern mining on the events database to detect hidden patterns and predict future events.
